The third day of our pilgrimage 🥾
We started the day with Holy Mass, and then—since we’re in Italy—we couldn’t miss out on a morning cup of authentic Italian coffee. ☕️
Then we set off. With every kilometer, the Apennines become more and more distinct, and we increasingly feel that we’re leaving the plains behind and approaching the mountains.
Today also gave us a special reason to be grateful. One of the Sisters of the Helpers of the Souls in Purgatory traveling with us was celebrating the 45th anniversary of her first religious vows. This is a beautiful testimony to her vocation, especially on a pilgrimage during which we pray every day for new vocations.
After 32 kilometers, we arrived in Forlì. In the evening, we sat down together over pizza, sharing our experiences from today’s journey and what stood out most to us.
We’re getting more and more tired, but La Verna is also getting closer.
The third day is behind us. Good night from Forlì! 🥾🏔️
