We began our penultimate day of the pilgrimage with a Mass using the liturgical form dedicated to St. Stanisław Kostka. After breakfast, we set out on the 35-kilometer journey to Steinach am Brenner. It was cloudy today, and after 2:00 p.m., it began to rain, which accompanied us for most of the journey, until 5:50 p.m. With each step, we entrusted the intentions of our pilgrimage, asking that young people not be afraid to respond to Jesus’ invitation to follow Him—denying themselves, carrying their cross after Him, and imitating Him in their daily lives.
