The seventh day of the pilgrimage. We arrived in Assisi. After six days of walking, it was time for the final leg of our pilgrimage in the footsteps of St. Staś Kostka.
After yesterday’s demanding day, today’s route was gentler. We walked 14 kilometers and arrived in Assisi.
The path led us through beautiful mountainous terrain. Along the way, we sang the Little Hours to entrust our entire pilgrimage to our Mother. The prayerful culmination of our journey was the Rosary.
At the very end, we climbed a massive mountain to see our destination—Assisi. Finally, filled with gratitude, we celebrated Holy Mass, during which we met with the Sisters of Our Lady of Mercy from Kraków,
seminarians and formators from the seminary in Płock, to present them with a “vocation suitcase.”
We conclude this stage with an immense gift of gratitude—for every kilometer, for the people we met along the way, for the hospitality, and for the prayer that accompanied us every day.
After seven days, we arrived in Assisi. Our goal has been reached, but our journey toward Christ continues.
