Day 66. Trevi → Spoleto [17 km]

We set out before sunrise, knowing that a scorching day—37 degrees—lay ahead of us. From the very start of our journey, we were captivated by the beauty of Umbria’s landscape, with its olive groves and mountainous scenery. We divided the route into two long stages so that we could reach our destination by noon. The final kilometers were challenging. Father Rector Marek Jarosz and Father Prefect Paweł Baliński set the pace for the group. The pilgrimage is accompanied by many intentions. We ended the day with Holy Mass at the 12th-century Church of St. Gregory the Great.
